Unable to run examples on demo board

I own a STM32H750B-DK demo board and I would like to install the demo Qt provides for this development kit.
I downloaded the hex file and followed the steps detailed here, but I can't get it to work.
Everything updates correctly and I don't get any errors/warnings, but I can only see a blank screen after the update procedure.
I flashed the original ST demo and it works perfectly, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
Any clues?Thks
