Using Qt editor only without license

Hi,
I am working on my commercial program under linux and would like to use qt editor as it is convenient for me.
I do not need any qt libraries just the editor to open and modify my sources.My thought is that I should not need any license for this.
I am curious is there any qt bundle I can download and use for free without license?
If anyway I should buy a license, could you please hint me what is the cheapest way of using qt editor? -
