Cross-Compiling Qt 5.15.8 For Raspberry Pi 64bit Using Docker

After several attempts at getting a reproducible Qt build I figured i would give the Docker multi-stage, multi-platform build approach a try. I came up with a step by step guide for building a Qt build platform that can be distributed if need be, or just used for personal projects.

I'm not sure what the policy is on lining external sites, but I figured I would link the guides and Github sites containing all the information.

I would be happy to receive feedback on these as well.
