Hello everybody,
When I try to update Qt on my macos by maintenance tool, I get the below error.
There was an error loading the selected component. This component cannot be installed.
You can see the error in the picture, also there is no active next button to click. I tried click "select all" and clicking separately, didn't work also.
I am using macOS Monterey Version 12.5 MacBook Air m2
I gave full access to the maintenance tool.
I have also tried to install Qt open source from scratch, after the first update the same thing happened also.Kind Regards

@MarcoDC
Hello, I installed the components one by one and the problem was solved after that.
Sorry, I don't remember the exact order. But only one component creates this problem and it should be installed after another component. -
@CKurdu
Thanks for getting back to me!
In case anyone else experiences this issue: To fix the problem simply delete all files/folders in the caches directory (/Users/<your_username>/Library/Caches/qt-unified-mac-online/)I experienced a similar issue with the windows unified online installer: custom install page wasn't showing all of the component options it should be, and the ones it did show were greyed out with the same error when clicking "component info".
Clearing the Users<username>\AppData\Local\cache folder wasn't enough in Windows 10. Ended up having to also delete Qt stuff out of registry, delete Qt folders out of C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming and C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Temp.
This corner case seems to rear its ugly head with an interruption in the installer's download process.
