Database connection

Hello. I want to find out. Can an application be connected to the mysql database after running windeployqt ,but without installing it on the machine,just running it out side qt creater??Or maybe i can only be connected when it is installed on the machine??

Hi
If your windeployqt folder contains the DLLs needed by the mysql Qt plugin, yes it can connect
to a MySQL server. Outside Creator.
