Blog-post follow-up needed - Graphics View Framework

Hello,
This blog post from @nezticle is now three years old. Any updates with Qt 6 coming up ?
Rendering Hardware Interface is getting much attention, what about the QPainter stack ?

As a developer following closely a graphics-view-framework-based application (PgModeler), what direction should such an app take to leverage modern Qt GUI stack and hardware acceleration, and not drop in relevance in the Qt-ecosystem roadmap ?
