Configure MSVC for Qt5.13 with Visual Studio Build Tools 2019

I saw a comments which said MSVC2019+MSVC 2017 packages for Qt on the above link.
So I configure my MSVC2019 build tools:

The v141(VS2017) looks like it has already been installed.
But Qt creator does not detect my msvc compiler

How do I correctly configure it?

which Creator version is that?

VS build tools 2019 is pretty new and changed the directory structure compared to earlier versions.

You could also try newest release 4.10, which is RC now and should be released in two weeks approx.

I installed Qt Creator 4.10 and tried to use it, but 4.10 still cannot detect MSVC-2017 package of MSVC-2019
