Problem compiling a Qt Project in CLion

Hi,
i used CLion and Cmake to compile a Qt Project.
I have configured the CMakeList.txt .
But now when i compile my Qt project it appears some message of errors
and it doesn't compile correctly the project.

I attach for you some screenshots about these messages of errors.
I'using MinGw installed in Qt 5.9.5 version.

I ask you please a help to resolve these problems,
