Maintenance tool install older version extensions

Dear everyone,

I have Qt 6.5.2 installed and I would like to add Qt PDF and Qt WebEngine extensions to my installation.

The maintenance tool only shows the extensions in the Qt 6.8.0-beta3 version.

Is there a way to tell maintenance tool to install the extensions in my current Qt installation (matching version)?

Do i actually need to install the extensions in the same version as my Qt? or should I just use the 6.8.0-beta3 offered by maintenance tool?

As far as I understand if I install the extensions in their newer version they will not fall inside my Qt folder.... therefore I guess i wont be able to use them in my project, is that correct?

I'm quite lost when it comes to using extensions.
