      Hi!

If you mean Windows Store App for Windows 8, you won't be able to do it with Qt.
You can do it only with official Microsoft SDK's ( .NET and/or DirectX 11.1).

I you're referring to normal desktop application, the procedure is identical as on all the previous Windows versions and other platforms.

      Regards,
      Jake

Currently it's no possible with Qt.
There was some research done in this way "here":http://qt-project.org/wiki/Qt-5-on-Windows-8-and-Metro-UI, and based on "this":http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2013/02/15/port-to-windows-runtime-kick-started/ blog post, looks like Digia is working on it.

bq. The work has still the “Research” status, so, we are not able to give any release dates yet. We aim to have something ready for the 5.2 release. However, since the development happens in the public winrt branch, the current state is always visible and it is easy to participate.
