            i am using qt creator running on windows and i am lost
            i didn't know where to start

              In that case I would suggest, attaching a Monitor,Keyboard and Mouse and code directly on the pi, as a cross compile setup is dark and full of terrors

              Check the package manager of the pi, it has Qt and QtCreator in it. not the newest version, but it will get you started.

                  @Yassinec_chb the only thing that will be slower than a cross compile build would be the actuall compiling of the code.
                  But it is reasonably fast enough if you have a Raspberry Pi 3 or later
