Android Kit not configured

I am using qt 5.10.1 installed by V-Play tool on W10 Pro 64 bit.
added the android compilers using V-play maintenance tool as required and expected.
no android configured even when I click the android kit configuration option on new project. please find the attached capture for more details.
please assist me.despite

Did you follow those guidelines? It is recommended that the versions as listed in there are used (e.g. NDK).
