Unsolved QTest o Google Test

Hello,
I am trying to integrate Qtest or google Test to test my QTApplication. It is to hard to test de UI generated by QtDesigner. (It gives me some conflicts with headers.
Do you use the QtDesigner or do you make the user interface with c++ directly?

What version of Qt are you using ?
What platform are you running on ?
