    Hi,
    Anybody knows what the procedure to become a user that can assign tickets to itself is? Is it just reserved for Approvers and above or is it a different "user rights" system?
    Thanks

      I know that Approvers get the right to assign tickets, but I don't know if non-Approvers are given those rights too.

      Are there any particular tickets you want assigned to you?

          @VRonin

          Assigned them to you and closed the two that looked like already fixed.

            Thanks Andre.
            Do you (plural) mind if I use this post in the future to request ticket assignment/closure?

              @VRonin

              Fine with me, Just ping me :)

              But better would be you can get the needed JIRA rights yourself.

                That would be ideal, I agree but if those rights are for approvers only I don't think I even get close to qualifying
