Unsolved Starting up QT GUI application at startup of linux ( Linux for Tegra)
-
Hi,
I have a QT GUI application which includes accessibility of IP camera via GStreamer and other dependencies like the config file, loading of nets required for the deep learning algorithm used in the application.
I have tried out with rc.local and init.d, and also putting the executable in startup applications along with gnome.
Please suggest any suitable method for running the Qt application at startup.

@jk_cr7 What desktop environment (desktop manager) do you use (Gnome/GDM?)? Do you want to start that app when a user ls logged on? Or do you want to start it without any user being logged on?
Your question isn't related to Qt but to Linux.
