I test QT4.8.7 with Qt examples
when running with ./lighting -qws -display directfb --dfb:hardware
or ./lighting -qws -display directfb --dfb:no-hardware
it run slowly than ./lighting -qws
seems used -display directfb caused performance issue.

I also test it on QT5.6.2, same phenomenon.
I test other qt examples like blurpicker, moveblocks, see same issue.

DirectFB project is dead since a few years, so possibly what you experience is DirectFB issue, not Qt's. If you have such possibility, switch to ELFS - it is fully supported and very fast (if appropriate OpenGL drivers are present, of course).

@sierdzio but I used directfb examples to test, no performance issue.

            Hi,

What exact problem do you see ?

Did you check the console output for any information printed ?
