Add Library... doesn't do anything?

I'm trying to add a library to my project, but when I right click my project and select "Add Library..." NOTHING happens.
Add new, add existing, everything else works. But if I click Add Library, no window displays. I've restarted Qt and still it happens.
Using Qt 5.6.2

Qt is not a program, it's a library, I assume you mean Qt Creator, and I'd venture to speculate you mean Qt Creator 4.3 ...

This particular bug will be fixed in Qt Creator 4.3.1.
