windeploy not working?

hello there i want to use the windeploy thing in my program i aready readed the guide to what i undestand i have to drag and drop it in the program directory with all dll's then open it but i'm getting this error

i actually have no idea to how solve it hope you can help me

Don't post it anew, you already have a thread. Have patience to collect answers, some of us live 12 hours worth of timezones apart.
