i trying to create vpn profile,and connect vpn service using Qt on andriod phone.

VPN is a bit too generic. There are several VPN providers. Also, you didn't mention which use case you are implementing.

i want implement own VPN client application using android vpn service..so using androidextras module how i can create and connect VPN client in Qt FramWork

You are likely going to need to do a bit of java yourself.
