Hello everyone! I'd like to know the relationship between linuxfb and opengl es2. Some one configure the two options at the same time! However, qt document says that opengl es can not exist with linuxfb! Could anyone tell me the truth? Thanks very much!

      Hi,

LinuxFB if for software only rendering i.e. for target without a hardware acceleration. OpenGL ES can be used with boards having hardware acceleration.

@SGaist OK, I understand, that means that we add both options in case that the board does not have hardware acceleration function!

If the board provider also provides the OpenGL ES hooks necessary, you'll likely have hardware acceleration.
