Regarding the email change in Qt Account

If i want to change the email for the Qt account, will it reflect to all my other accounts,
other accounts related are Qt Forum, Qt Bugreports, Qt Gerrit Account.?.

Guidance Required.

Email changes are a one-by-one thing. You request it through Qt Account, and then it is changed everywhere it is needed. So yes, it is changed everywhere.
