email change broken?

I attempted to change my qt.io account's email address today in response to http://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2015-December/024146.html
Using https://login.qt.io/change_email?redirect_uri=https://account.qt.io/profile appears to be successful. There's an email with a confirmation link, which leads to a page with confirm and cancel links. The confirm link loads a page that indicates success (with up to a 20 minute delay). 20 minutes later, the address in my profile is still the old address, and the new address isn't accepted on the login page. The same procedure drew the same result around 4 hours ago, so I don't think this is merely impatience.
Has anyone successfully changed the qt.io account email address, recently or ever?
