To add to @HPCTECH, it's not something that's provided whether you have a commercial license or using the Open Source Edition of Qt. It's not your toolchain that's responsible for license handling because you have different ways of handling this by either using a software key, a license server or a hardware key.
The technique you will be using is up to you.
