QDialog closing issue for remote key mapping

Hi there,
For an exit button press on remote for a set top box i have mapped the closing of current QDialog and move to previous "QDialog" code so am getting below error,

QWidget::repaint: Recursive repaint detected
QWidget::paintEngine: Should no longer be called
QPainter::begin: Paint device returned engine == 0, type: 1
QWidget::repaint: Recursive repaint detected
Segmentation fault

could any one help me out?
