Launch Image for Ios example ?

Are there any examples around that use the method described here

to specify a custom launch image ? (that work) -
finally got a bit further. i had to change the name of the xib from launchscreen.xib to something else.
they even warn me in the link about that "Qmake generates a default LaunchScreen.xib, so it is better to use another name for a custom launch screen to avoid clashes." . Where can i suggest documentation text changes ? A stronger word than 'Better' should be used here.. :)
still the text is shown really small and i still don't know how to embed images on the .xib but at least it is progress..

You can fill a bug report for the documentation module, you can even make a patch and submit it for review if you want.
