-
@mcallegari79 I think you can add to Header this string : " [SOLVED] " or =) "[RESOLVED]"
In this topic it will be looked like "Mark thread as solved [SOLVED]"
I am not sure -

I am not sure@jalomic that's not an answer, nor a solution.
Please take a look at some solved threads before replying. -
@mcallegari79 Sorry =) I have never seen any ""thread tools" too
-
@mcallegari79
Here is what I see in the "Topic tools".
Do you see any of the items in this menu?

What jalomic said works. The forum software auto detects the "[Solved]" syntax in the title and shows a nice dark grey 'solved' flag on the right.

@andreyc Only users with high reputation have the tools to moderate a thread.
@Wieland please define "high reputation"
Doesn't sound fair to me though. I am not trying to moderate somebody else's thread, but mine ! -
@mcallegari79 Don't know the exact number for the new forum; was quite high on the old one ^_^ I think things will improve over the next weeks as the community manager and front end developer are aware of this and some other issues and working on them.

I agree that there is an issue with managing your own topics. I'm looking into writing a small plugin for the topic owner to add a solved tag to the thread. Editing the topic to add the [Solved] text is cumbersome.

Our front end developer will be back from paternity leave very soon. Until then we'll live with small tweaks.
