Manage ignore list shows a dangling check-box

On opening Manage ignore list one can observe a check-box with no description.

Also when you click on Add member the dialog box shows the field name or variable name. Instead should have shown some proper text.

And there is also this option shown to set not to allow the page to prompt for any more dialogs. Don't know why such an option is required there. Just to check I marked it and said ok. Now no more dialogs are prompted and I cannot add anyone to the ignore list (although I don't have to) .

Also delete button is shown even when the list is empty.

Which browser are you using? This dialog seems to be a bit buggy.
