yes it's on QT. It's in beta stage.
yes CSS3 will added in upcoming releases

Looks nice. I hope you'll reach stardom with this one. :) Good CSS editors are rather rare to find.
Unfortunately (for me), I don't have the practice of installing non-free software anymore.

Yash: I was wondering about the legalese telling me what I may and may not do with the editor and whether the source code is available or not. Whether or not I am supposed to pay for the program is secondary:-)
