Wanted: Qt Developer for VLC-based media controller project

We're looking for a Qt developer that can build upon VLC and modify it according to our specifications. Building additional functionality, hardware interfacing (input & output), and minor skinning are some of the tasks within the project.

I'm not sure to have understood what you need but, if you want, I have implemented the ffmpeg libraries in my qt project to encode and decode in mpg, ogg, avi and other formats. I can grab images from camera and other things.
Can you explain how you want do to? -
