Hello to everyone, I'm trying tio get the best performance of my device and I do not know how to start developping my ap... My app is something like - home Assistent - an opensource App for controlling your home lights, cctv cameras, gates, music and so on.. my questions is what to better use in order to obtain the best performace ever on Raspberry pi - I'm using version 4 and 5 of the Pi.
The server is running on another device - the pi is used just to connect to the server and to control the devices like lights or music around the hause or maybe looking at the CCTV live footage using onvif cameras...
    if it's EGLFS - I've done it before using rpi3 and Qt5
if it's a sort of light DM then.. wayland is the future.. and how can I get something minimal on rpi?

@arsinte_andrei said in running qt on Raspberry Pi using EGLFS or install a minimal KDE DE?:

how can I get something minimal on rpi?

By installing a lightweight window manager like http://www.lxde.org/ (which is written in Qt by the way :-)).
