Hi,
I might be wrong but isn't that just the control that allows you to go edit the various widgets of your stack in designer ?
It will not be there at run time.

I forget which shortcut or menu item it is, but are you aware you can press it in Designer to Preview what your design will look like at runtime? -

Those links show that you can Preview a Form from Designer to see what it will look at runtime. So you would know the< >
buttons would not be there when you later run your program. There is a menu item as shown in those link, or it looks like it is either Ctrl+R or Alt+Shift+R key presses.
