Qt IoT opensource how download

Does anybody know if Qt IoT exists for opensource developers?

Is it another .run that I woud have to download? Where could I download it?

If you mean Qt for embedded Linux, then you can start directly with Qt's standard sources.

If you want something a bit more self-contained, then consider Boot2Qt.

Otherwise, the yocto project is also a good way to build custom base system to deploy to your targets.
