Do you now if exists a repository where can I download driver for Postgresql Android?
The versione of Qt should be 5.15

This is not enough, you would also need the PostgreSQL client library built for Android.
But why do you want to access a PostgreSQL database directly from an Android device?

I have installed termux on my Android, Postgresql run with succesfully. The console of termux can be called with Activity and run Postgresql or other. I can use Postgresql installed on My Phone by Windows, Now I should use Android to access a PostgreSQL database directly from an Android device. Now Android device have many resources CPU etc...

Sure. I'm just trying to understand your use case. It is quite unusual to run a SQL server on a mobile device.
