      Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to use KDAB's GammaRay to inspect programs written with Python and PyQt5/ PySide2. According to this (old) conversation on Github, it should work properly, but neither setting python.exe as executable and the python file as parameter nor setting the python file as program worked for me. (Launch button in the UI is greyed out)

Does anybody know if/ how you can inspect a python application?

(OS: Windows 10; Python version: 3.8; GammaRay Version: 2.11.50)

        Hi,

Good question, IIRC, GammaRay can connect to a running application, did you try that ?

This isn't working for me either. pythonw.exe apperars in the list of recognized processes, but it is greyed out and not selectable.

You should try to comment on the GItHub issue to see if you can get more details of how it was done ?
