I have two monitors attached to the two hdmi ports on the raspberry pi 4. Is it possible to use the 2 monitors as an "extended screen" with one Qt Quick window?

No, I cross compile the app and use eglfs for displaying.

Then AFAIK, no, I would recommend taking a look at the QtWayland module for that kind of setup.
