Disable adding new posts to solved topic

Hi, could it be possible to disable anyone (including topic owner) to keep on posting to any topic that is marked as solved?
Take this post for instance, marked as solved in post #2 but it keeps growing even with a new question different from title. Any solution provided for this new issue will be lost for some forum users as it doesn't relate to the title and the issue is "solved"
