How to open a link in a new window in WebView

I use a WebView, some links don't open in it, they should probably open in a new tab. How do I Open them in a new tab? Maybe you can get some signal with the address of the site?

If they do not open, why should they open in a new tab?
Did you check these links whether they are valid?

Google chrome opens these links, WebView does not open.
