No PyQt5 package for Windows?

When attempting to install PyQt5 on a 64-bit Windows computer, I got a message that no wheel is available for this platform (see below). How is this possible?

uv add PyQt5

error: Distribution pyqt5-qt5==5.15.19 @ registry+https://pypi.org/simple can't be installed because it doesn't have a source distribution or wheel for the current platform

PyQt5 is not a product of the Qt Company.
You need to contact Riverbank computing about that matter.
