How and who to contact with login errors to bugreports.qt.io

I'm trying to post a bug report but every time I try to login to bugreports.qt.io, I get a JIRA error with a log referral number. The error tells me to send this number to my Jira admin but I can't figure out how. Any ideas?
@henryborchers i moved it to Qt.io webservices and hope @Pedro can help here, or maybe @Axel-Spoerl can help?

Can you retry ? If memory serves well there was an update happening today and you may have been caught during it even though the service should just have been made unavailable.

@henryborchers @Christian-Ehrlicher pinged the people most likely able to help but it's already after ours so you will likely have to wait until tomorrow for things to move.

We have recently had a Jira update, which appears to cause trouble for new user registries. We are on it, I'll keep you posted here.

I have a github repo that reproduces this bug. https://github.com/henryborchers/pyside6_import_test_in_windows_docker
It's a bug that is holding me back from upgrading my project to the newest version of PySide6 and if this helps the devs narrow it down and it get fixed, it'll make my life a little bit better. I've been trying to to post this for days and but due to being unable to log in, I've been stuck biting my nails that this issue doesn't get buried in other tickets.
