Example sought: Before and after image slider
-
Python 3.11/PyQt6
I'm seeking an example using Python & PyQt to implement a before and after slider of two images. That is a slider that can be used to reveal more and less of two overlayed images of a similar scene (e.g. the kind that we have been seeing of before and after dried up lake beds due to drought).
A we b example I found to demonstrate what I'm after is at: https://www.thegazette.com/news/cedar-rapids-2008-flood-before-and-after-photos-flood-recovery/ (see "Epic Surge" a short way down the page)
Any pointers/examples welcome.
Thank you, Haddock

You asked this already here: https://forum.qt.io/topic/144503/example-sought-overlapping-images@jsulm thanks for monitoring .. but they are different. one is just about overlapping multiple images to create a composite image the other is about scrolling back and forth across to images to reveal more or less of one image than the other .. sorry I wasn't clear
