Creator can't find new android SDK's

I just installed the SDK for API levels 30, 31 using android studio. I restarted QT creator and also ran clean & qmake, but my android manifest still doesn't offer them as an option for choosing the target API level when I edit the android manifest. I can choose any API level up to 29. How do I get it to target the new API levels?
I'm using QT creator 4.11.2 and QT 5.12.7.

You should try with more recent QtCreator version.
