      Yes,
      The end result is I want to be able to send push notifications from firebase to the qt app.

        From the looks of it, the people of this project provide an example as well. For the Firebase side, you should follow Google's documentation.

            No, Google provide a C++ SDK that is used by QtFirebase.

                  Hi @SGaist . I downloaded Felgo, but everytime I was trying to use it with Qt I wouldn't allow me to use any of the compilers for some reason. As soon as I deleted Felgo it was ok however. Do you know why this might be?

                    Not knowing anything about your setup I suspect you do not have the Qt version matching what you downloaded from Felgo.

                      You could always use endpoints from firebase and QtNetworkRequest to do authentication without having to install QtFirebase.
