Realtime Music Solutions (RMS) is a New York based company that provides software and services to the performing arts industry.
Our flagship product, “Sinfonia”, is an interactive music sequencer and software sampler that can be played in real-time, accompanying other musicians in live performance. At the moment we are busy working on the next generation of our product, Sinfonia 2.0.
We are currently looking for Qt Software Developers to join our development team. Applicants should have previous experience developing and deploying C++ GUI applications using the Qt framework on both Windows and Mac platforms.
Knowledge of music related technologies such as MIDI protocol, MIDI sequencing, DSP, audio hardware interfacing, other music software etc. is also advantageous. A working knowledge of basic music theory, or the ability to play an instrument, would be a bonus but not essential.
Successful applicants will work from home, as our development team collaborates online from various parts of the world. Therefore reliability, honesty and good communication skills are essential.

Quite interested as its a work from home job, was wondering how will be the interviews and selection will be done?? Is there an arrangement of telephonic interview or something?
