You can attempt this, but in my experience you will not get even one job on Upwork, nor Freelancer.
I don't know why...
Even if you get a message asking you to apply for the job, and you didn't even initiate anything. You will respond to them of course, and then... they will not respond.
Fuck both those sites. Hope they die.

Previously I was able to find many Qt jobs on Upwork: got at least 3 long-term since 2010 till 2016. However in 2017 strange things happen: for some reason they start to block many people outside US by flimsy arguments even if people earned tens or hundreds thousands dollars there and it started very difficult to find any job there, not only Qt. And true: very often no response from employers at all.
Bad thing there is no such good site exists like Upwork for now with very big opportunities and thousands remote jobs posted every day like before. It was very good for people when it was oDesk, and become ugly and hated by many people recent years as Upwork. Is there good alternative? I looked through tens of sites - nothing similar.

There is no specific website for Qt applications freelancing but you can try upwork and freelancer.com. They are so popular and a lot of applications related to Qt and C++ are published. Be aware, you need to be strong in order to solve real problems. You can expect any projects. I've done few in upwork and freelance. com related to Qt and C++ projects. My advice is don't bid on projects that you can't complete.

@sierdzio I have bad experience, they steal my and my friends money many time.
You earn something, but after a few days the amount is 0 and the support button does now work.
I lookup in the forum and there are many peoples who have the same problem. -
