    I am trying to add my android sk which I downloaded with the newest Android Studio to my QtCreator. But it seems impossible to get rid of the red marks in "SDK tools installed" and "Platform SDK installed". Of course I installed both and pointed QtCreator to the right path.

    I'm using a Debian Buster and the JRE which ships with Android Studio. I installed SDKs 29,27 and 25 just to get some different Versions.

    Does anyone work with a similar setup and can give me a hint to the right direction?

      Last week I have faced with the same problem, but on Windows 10 machine. I spent some days trying to solve the issue but still haven't had success (I installed additional packages, depricated packages e.t.c). Today I decided to do the same thing with a Linux machine (I am using Xubuntu based on 19.10) and I had the same issue. I have used Android SDK, NKD e.t.c. about half year ago on Linux machine and everything was OK. After changing PC, I have faced with the same problem above. Looks like that SDK was update and has some disparities with QtCreator requirements.

      @schnapper79 and @St-Stanislav
      take look here
      https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-23726?jql=text ~ "android sdk" ORDER BY created DESC

      seems to be a known bug with the latest QtC and sdk tool chain, the bug report has workarounds mentioned in them

      Q: What's that?
      A: It's blue light.
      Q: What does it do?
      A: It turns blue.

        @schnapper79 said in QtCreator 4.11 and Android Studio 3.6.1:

        the JRE which ships with Android Studio

        What version is the JRE?

        I guess you'll need a JDR/JRE 1.8.x for Qt Creator to work right

              @J-Hilk Thanks. This post helped a lot.
              I worked out the symbolic link myself last night seeing some older screenshots where the directory was called "tools". But changing the Pkg.Revision finally did it!

                Sorry guys for reopening this one:

                setting up a device worked like a charm now. But now it says that this Version of SDK Tools does not contain gradle skripts. Working with Android studio they are there and work fine... How can i make QT fin them?
