I am new to qt and I want a camera test application that uses qt class.
Is there any simple application available performing a simple function like capturing image?

Since you post your question in the Mobile and embedded section, you might be interested in a QML example:

You can also grab it from Qt Creator of course:
You can find it via Qt Creator > Welcome > Examples... Type in the filter "camera" and you will find it and also some other related ones.
