Serial port for Beagle bone

please tell me how to make work serial port for beagle board.I have searched in net but they r telling to enable the serial port .how to do that am not geting .

That's way too generic. What exactly did you try and what is not working ?

           How to include Qtserial port in qt creator , i also include cQt += serial port  in .pro..when i include am getting error degarding no such file or directory found.

What version of Qt are you using ? If Qt 4, then you have to first build and install the qtserialport module before you can use it.
