Licensing question, dynamic linking inside self-extracting containers

Does the open-source licensing allow packaging a dynamically linked application and the required Qt libraries inside a single-file container, such as a .PKG for Mac or a 7-Zip SFX executable for Windows?

The .PKG is an XAR file archive with a .PKG ending, and the 7-Zip SFX is a Windows executable with a .7z file archive concatenated at the end, the purpose of both being to enable the user to run them with a single click.

What do you suggest?
