QT and SFML different exe files

Maybe a silly question but did you make tow different projects ?

Then it's your job to create these two separated executable

but i got no idea.
what i am thinking is silly, i think i need to write an appropriate simple compiler related to my engine. and then that engine will act like an IDE. so if they run their game, it will generate the exe like IDE would.
can you give me an idea about it?
