App using Bluetooth and GPS for iOS/Android with Qt?

Hi,

I want to now if I can make the following app for iOS/Android using Qt:

1. The app should be able to receive constantly a number of values via Bluetooth and display them on the screen. (4 parameters)

2. The app should be able to read a placement via GPS and display it on a map. (Google maps)
